Shawn is a seasoned
real estate appraiser with experience in eminent domain for both government

in May 2008 entitled "USPAP for Tree and Plant Appraisers" as part of
our Appraising Plants and Trees continuing education seminar. Her presentation was informative, entertaining
and delivered at the appropriate skill level for this unique audience. In responding to our written survey,

and new appraisal concept for trees and plants. Her humor and innovative PowerPoint
